United’s hopes of offloading misfiring forward, Alexis Sanchez, looks set to finally come to pass, as reports say the club has reached a final agreement with Italian giants, Inter Milan over a sale.
According to Italian journalist, Fabrizio Romano, Sanchez will join Antonio Conte’s side for free, but the Serie A club is expected to pay his full salary.
The Journalist also claims Sanchez will receive a whooping €7 million every season, as part of the deal, with an official announcement from both Inter and United expected in the coming days.
Sky Sports have confirmed that Sanchez is set to sign a three-year contract with Inter worth £6.3m a year, and a deal is expected to be finalised this week. This would mean that Sanchez will be eligible to play for Inter in this season’s Europa League competition.
Sanchez played in 32 matches for United, and scored 3 goals in the process.
