Manchester United have reportedly told Inter Milan they have to pay at least, £15 million, if they want to sign Alexis Sanchez on a permanent basis, according to the Express.
The Nerazzurri have been locked in negotiations with United over a potential move for the Chilean, but the deal is yet to yield any positive result for them.
Sanchez joined the Italian club on loan last summer, and his loan deal is expired, which means he’s expected back in England this week.
Inter want to extend the 31 year old’s stay in Italy, however, and were pushing for a loan extension, which has been rebuffed by Man United.
United want to offload Sanchez completely, having shared in his heavy wage responsibilities in the past year.
Inter are however, confident a deal will be pulled off this week, having reportedly included the forward in their Europa League squad to face Getafe this week.
