Manchester United boss Olé Gunnar Solskjaer, has told the club he wants the Jadon Sancho deal wrapped up as soon as possible, according to a report by ESPN.
United have been in negotiations for the 20 year old without success for a while now, until only recently, and Solskjaer has made it clear he doesn’t want a repeat of the Harry Maguire transfer, which lasted about two months before it was sealed.
The Red Devils are favourites to sign Sancho, who Dortmund value at £110 million, but it is believed that the lack of competition is causing some complacency at the club.
Dortmund have already agreed to sell Sancho for an initial fee of £60 million, with add ons to follow, but Olé expects Ed Woodward to follow up with another offer, to ensure the deal is sealed soon.
Sancho is reported to have told Dortmund he wants to leave, so we expect some positive results in the coming days.
