Man United goalkeeper set for talks with Solskjaer

Manchester United shotstopper, Sergio Romero, is reported set for showdown talks with Olé Gunnar Solskjaer over his future at the club.

According to The Sun, part of discussions will be about the Argentine’s plans to leave Old Trafford if there are no assurances of first team football.

Romero is currently United’s second choice goalkeeper, behind David De Gea, but with on-loan Dean Henderson, set to return to Old Trafford, more doubts are cast around his future.

The newly promoted Leeds United are said to be monitoring Romero, who United are seeking at least, £5 million for.

Romero has so far, made a total of 15 appearances for the Red Devils this season, and kept an impressive 11 clean sheets.
