Borussia Dortmund striker Erling Haaland has ruled out the possibility of leaving the German side to sign for Manchester United this summer.
The 20-year-old made an impressive start to his Dortmund career by scoring 13 goals in 15 appearances, but insists he is focused on trying to win the Bundesliga with Dortmund.
Speaking to German media outlet Bild, he said: “I have a long-term contract here until 2024. In any case, it is my big goal to win BVB the title and to celebrate fantastic successes with our fans.
“We have the quality to become champions but talking alone is not enough. Bayern have distinguished themselves by their incredible consistency.”
Meanwhile, the Red devils are interested in Haaland’s teammate Jadon Sancho. The England international is a top target for the club this summer, though no deal has been reached between the two clubs over a transfer.
