According to Daily Mail, Bournemouth have accepted a £41million offer from Manchester City for Manchester United transfer target Nathan Ake.
The 25 year old Holland international is now set to discuss personal terms with Etihad Stadium club with a deal expected to be completed in the coming days.
Ake has been one of Bournemouth’s star performers since he joined the Cherries for a club record £20m but the club now look set to double their money despite dropping down to the Championship.
Manchester City haven’t been at their best defensively since losing Vincent Kompany at the end of last season and City boss Pep Guardiola is now close to replacing their former captain with Ake.
Will Manchester United regret losing Ake to Manchester City?
