The just concluded 2019/20 Premier League season was a breakthrough one for Mason Greenwood, as he established himself as a first teamer in a star studded Manchester United.
The 18 year old became an integral part of Olé Gunnar Solskjaer’s team, after showing immense quality in front of goal, and has become a fan favourite at Old Trafford.
Aside being a near-flawless finisher of the ball, Greenwood is also incredibly good with both feet, often terrorising opposition defences, and that has led many to ask the forward the question of what his favourite foot is.
Greenwood recently spoke to Sky Sports, where he covered a variety of subjects, and when asked which foot he’s more comfortable with, he simply said: “I’d say left. Most of my goals this season have been with my left.
“But I’m comfortable on my right as well. Equal amounts really, that’s the training. It’s just copying it really.”
Greenwood helped United secure third this season, after scoring a crucial goal to earn us a draw against West Ham, which was his 17th for the season.
However, the United Academy graduate insists he would’t allow the success get to his head, adding he’s instead grateful to be a part of the best club in the world.
“I just keep my head down really, I’m just enjoying my football,” he continued. “I’m at the best club in the world, it’s a big thing for someone my age. I’m very happy to be here.”
