Ahead of the summer transfer window, Real Madrid star James Rodriguez is keen on a move to Manchester United.

According to Daily Express, the agent of Rodriguez is set to hold talks with Manchester United over a potential transfer next week.

Rodriguez has just 12 months left on his Real Madrid contract and the Spanish giants are keen on selling the Colombian this summer to avoid losing him on a free transfer next summer.

Real Madrid will demand just £23million for the Colombia international who they signed for £63 million from Monaco in 2014.

Rodriguez likes the idea of playing for the Red Devils and his preference is to join a Premier League side.

Rodriguez has steadily slipped down the pecking order in his six years at Real Madrid and made just 14 appearances for Real Madrid this season.
