Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford finished 3rd in the FWA Footballer of the Year award for 2019/2020 season.
Liverpool captain and midfielder Jordan Henderson was surprisingly named the FWA Footballer of the Year beating Manchester City playmaker Kevin De Bruyne to the award.
Henderson’s teammates Virgil van Dijk and Sadio Mane finished in 4th and 5th respectively.
The list of ten other players who received votes from FWA members includes Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Raheem Sterling, Sergio Aguero, Adama Traore, Danny Ings, Jack Grealish, James Maddison, Jonny Evans, Trent Alexander-Arnold and Alisson.
Rashford’s inclusion and third-place finish comes with a little surprise considering he missed almost two months of the season.
Meanwhile, Rashford has scored 17 goals and delivered 7 assists in 30 Premier League matches so far.
