Harry Maguire seems to be brimming with confidence, despite Manchester United’s disappointing draw against West Ham on Wednesday, as he has called on his teammates to rise up to the challenge when we meet Leicester this weekend.

United moved into third on the league table after the draw, thanks to Chelsea, who lost 5-3 to leaders Liverpool.

But all isn’t assured yet, as we now need at least, a point from our last match of the season, against Leicester City, to seal Champions League qualification for next season.

Speaking on the fixture, the United captain told MUTV: “We’ve got ourselves in a great position.

“Six months ago, at Christmas, you’d have snapped someone’s hand off to go to Leicester and have an amazing opportunity to get Champions League football.

“This is what we set out to do. So, we’re ready. There’s no excuses for us there to be tired. It’s a big game – if you can’t get up for that game then you’re in the wrong sport.”

Manchester United is expected to have Luke Shaw on the lineup this Sunday, as the full-back resumed training today, following his brief injury lay-off.
