Manchester United boss, Olé Gunnar Solskjaer, has suggested Luke Shaw may be available for Wednesday’s clash against West Ham.
The full-back has been unavailable, after picking up an injury in the match against Southampton a few days ago. And Brandon Williams has deputised in his absence, but it appears the Englishman may be on course to return to action when we play on Wednesday.
Speaking during a recent press conference, Solskjaer gave an update on Eric Bailly, and revealed the squad is ready.
“Eric stayed down in London for all the checks, so he’s done all the checks. I didn’t see him yesterday and he’s followed the protocols that are needed,” the Norwegian told reporters.
“I don’t think he’ll be ready for this game. I’ve not seen him this morning yet, this is before we meet the players. I think everyone is available apart from that, no other injuries from last week.”
If Shaw makes a return, it would be a major boost to our drive to finish the season on a high, after the embarrassing defeat we suffered against Chelsea on Sunday.
