Like most fans, Marcus Rashford appears keen to link up with Jadon Sancho at Old Trafford this summer.
According to a new report, the Englishman recently held talks with Manchester United’s executive vice chairman, Ed Woodward, to try to persuade him to make a move for Jadon Sancho.
The report by the Daily Star adds that Rashford has made it absolutely clear to Woodward he believes signing Sancho would be a good thing for United, and he wants the deal to happen.
Rashford’s decision is believed to have been informed by his close friendship with Sancho, with whom he’s played multiple times at the national team level.
Meanwhile, United is said to be stalling on the deal, to know whether or not we’ll qualify for the UEFA Champions League before taking a decision, while Dortmund remain adamant they’ll take at least £100 million for the player’s sale.
