Pundit Graeme Souness has urged Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer to continue to keep close watch on Anthony Martial to ensure he remains at the top of his game.
Having previously been criticised for the lack of consistency in this game, the Frenchman has scored 22 goals across all competitions this season.
The Liverpool legend believes Martial still needs to be pushed to ensure he improves on his game.
‘The one Ole Gunnar Solskjaer should devote most of his attention to is Martial,” the former Liverpool midfielder wrote in his column for the Times.
“Solskjaer must keep the fire lit underneath him because there have been times in the past when it has looked as if he only wants to play on his terms. No club can tolerate that.”
