Former Nigeria captain and Coach Sunday Oliseh has urged Manchester United fans to pray for Manchester United defender Eric Bailly, who suffered a head injury on Sunday.
The Ivory Coast international only lasted for 45 minutes in their 3-1 FA Cup semi-final defeat to Chelsea at Wembley before being stretchered off with a neck brace after a head collision with teammate Harry Maguire.
The defender has been injury-prone since his debut season when he made 30 appearances for the Red Devils.
Former Nigeria international Oliseh has expressed worry over the defender’s injury woes and has urged football lovers to pray for the 26-year-old’s recovery.
“Let’s all pray for Bailly’s quick recovery. [He’s] been very unlucky with injuries in recent years. such an amazing and solid defender when fit. Get well soon brother,” Oliseh tweeted.
