Despite fears to the contrary, UEFA has given Manchester United clearance to play the second leg of our Europa League tie against LASK Linz at Old Trafford, before the quarter finals begin.
The first leg of the fixture took place in Austria back in March, and United demolished LASK 5-0, courtesy of goals from Odion Ighalo, Daniel James, Juan Mata, Mason Greenwood and Andreas Pereira.
We are obviously in a very good position to qualify for the quarter finals, but complete focus is still expected from the lads when we resume play in the competition in a matter of weeks.
After this round, the remainder of the competition will be single-legged affairs, as UEFA look to finish both the Europa League and Champions League in time before next season kicks off.
Meanwhile, United has been drawn to face either Istanbul Basaksehir or Copenhagen in the quarter finals.
