It’s another day, and yet another player is being linked with a move to Manchester United, only this time, it’s Neymar Jr.
According to the Express, the Paris Saint-Germain star may be offered to Manchester United this summer, as he tries to make his way out of the French capital.
Apparently, Barcelona is the favoured destination of the player, but the Spanish giants are currently struggling to stay afloat financially, and can’t afford to spend so much on signings, due to the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic.
The report adds that PSG also wants to balance their financial books, hence they want to make some money off the sale of the 28 year old.
However, we can’t tell if the report is true, seeing as Neymar is PSG’s main man, and the likely imbalance selling him could do to them.
United is also said to be keenly interested in signing only Jadon Sancho from Borussia Dortmund this summer, so a deal for Neymar is unlikely for now.
