If new reports are to be believed, Manchester United could be closer to signing a new central defender than we have been all season.
According to British news outlet Daily Mail, Bournemouth are ready to sell two of their important men this summer, including centre back Nathan Ake and forward, Joshua King.
Ake has been linked with a move to Old Trafford in the past, but his recent sighting with United boss, Olé Gunnar Solskjaer, after our 5-0 victory over the Cherries last Saturday, has fuelled rumours of a potential transfer even more.
Bournemouth currently sit at 19th on the premier league table, and look destined for relegation, so they will be tempted to sell off some of their top players this summer.
The Cherries reportedly have a £40 million price tag on Ake, who’s rated one of the best in the league.
