Former Tottenham midfielder Jermaine Jenas has hailed the potential of Manchester United forward Mason Greenwood and revealed the biggest thing with the 18 year old striker is his finishing is just lethal.
The 18-year-old has now scored 15 goals this season after his brace in the Red devils’ 5-2 win against Bournemouth on Saturday.
Greenwood’s physical transformation is also something that caught Jenas’ eyes as he gave glowing remark of the player.
“He’s come back in a different body by the looks of it,” Jenas told Premier League Productions.
“I remember being at Tottenham with Gareth Bale and he did something similar one summer.
“He turned up one summer and you were like ‘Who is this person?! he turned into a man all of a sudden.
“I think the biggest thing with Mason Greenwood is his finishing is just lethal.
“They are few and far between strikers like that in today’s game so Manchester United have stumbled across something special.”
