In a new development, reports say that Manchester United have concluded plans to take a loan of £135 million to facilitate the signing of Jadon Sancho from Borussia Dortmund.

According to Sports Bild, the loan sum is expected to cover the entire £115 million fee Dortmund are asking for their talented forward.

This is in contradiction to an earlier report that suggested United recently told Dortmund that the club won’t buy Sancho for more than £50 million, considering the crazy climate around football at the moment.

The story also comes weeks after we reportedly took a loan of £140 million, to aid with our transfer business this summer, and Ed Woodward announced we won’t be spending recklessly, amid the coronavirus pandemic.

But Sancho is very talented and contributed a total of 32 goals to his side (17 goals and 16 assists) last season, and United aren’t keen on losing as the club prepare to close the gap on Liverpool and Manchester City last season.
