It appears Manchester United have received a boost in our effort to sign transfer target Jack Grealish as the player has reportedly told friends he has found a house to buy in Manchester.
The Villa captain has been heavily linked with a move to Old Trafford. Grealish has scored nine goals in all competitions from midfield this season for relegation-threatened Villa.
The England International is expected to move on in the summer regardless of Villa’s fate. United is his ideal destination and he has now identified a place to live should he complete his move to Old Trafford, according to the Express.
Villa have slapped an £80million price tag on him and are refusing to budge on their valuation.
United are hopeful that fee will drop if Villa fail to beat the drop – which is looking more and more likely.
