Manchester United fans have called on the manager, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, to give talented midfielder James Garner, a chance to play next season.
This is according to a recent poll conducted by Manchester Evening News, which asked fans the player they want to see given more opportunities to get into the first team next season.
72% of respondents on the poll voted to see James Garner play more ahead of any other player from the United U-23s. This of course, would come as no surprise to anyone who knows the youngster, and has watched him play with the U-23 side.
Garner has been very vital to the U-23s, scoring 8 goals in 10 games, and sadly, has appeared for the first team only once – in December 2018.
Fans are confident he can also get a chance to show his stuff on the grander stage, like Mason Greenwood, Brandon Williams and Tahith Chong, who have been brought in by Olè Gunnar Solskjaer.
Welshman, Dylan levitt, came second in the poll, with a total of 10.9% of votes, edging out Largie Ramazani, who scored 10.8%, and has 9 goals in the Premier league 2 this term.
