Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah hobbled off with an ankle problem in stoppage time in Liverpool’s 2-1 win over Leicester.
The Egyptian was taken down by Leicester midfielder Hamza Choudhury and had to be substituted.
Manchester United host Liverpool after the international break and Liverpool defender Virgil van Dijk is confident his Liverpool team-mate Mohamed Salah will be fit for the clash between Manchester United and Liverpool.
“I think he should be not too bad,” Van Dijk told Sky Sports.
“The good thing he has plenty of time to recover.
“He’ll probably get a time to recover as well.
“So I’m not concerned that he’s not going to be ready for United away.”
