Reports from Manchester Evening News have revealed that Juventus player Paulo Dybala has demanded a massive pay rise if he is to join Manchester United.
The Argentina international, who currently earns €7.5 million per season at Juventus, is looking for a €10 million-a-year salary to join Manchester United.
This would make Dybala the second-highest earning player at Old Trafford, as Alexis Sanchez is currently the only player earning more than €10 million per year.
Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is eager to add more signings, but was coy about a move for Dybala:
“I’m not here to talk about any rumours or speculation about other team’s players.
“But of course we’re working on one or two cases, as I’ve said before. There’s another ten days before we start the league and hopefully we can announce a fresh face or two.”
