Manchester United strikerRomelu Lukaku has been excluded from the clubs tour squad amid exit rumours.
Intensifying rumours that the striker could be set to leave for Juventus or Inter Milan has prompted manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer to leave him out of his 26-man squad that will travel to Norway as stated on the club’s official website.
The club is eager are demanding £80 million for the Belgian’s signature, but Inter have baulked at the fee. However, Juventus are also interested have proposed a swap deal including Paulo Dybala.
Belgian football writer, John Chapman has urged the club to seal the deal.
ESPN FC’s Shaka Hislop has also urged Manchester United to agree to their offer. Here are his words:
“Absolutely [United should do the swap deal]. I would do this in the morning. I like Dybala a lot. I think he’s an incredible finisher.
“He hasn’t had the best of times at Juventus and has seen himself deemed surplus to requirements. But as a finisher, when he’s on form and playing with confidence, I don’t think there are many in world football better than him.
“Given the way United play, where you do have possession very close to the box, where maybe Lukaku’s own strength is running in behind defenders with open space, he doesn’t have that many opportunities. [So] Dybala is a far better fit. I would do this as quickly as anybody would offer it.”
