Manchester United’s wantaway striker, Romelu Lukaku has suggested there’s something happening in the pipeline by posting a picture alongside of him and his agent, Federico Pastorello with the caption ‘soon to be continued’.
The Belgium international’s future has been the subject of intense speculation all summer with Inter and Juventus vying for his services.
Lukaku fell down the pecking order at Old Trafford last season with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer preferring Marcus Rashford.
The 26-year-old travelled with the rest of the first team squad to Australia and Asia, but was deemed unfit to play, nursing a ‘minor injury’. He travelled to Belgium as soon as the team touched down in Manchester.
His future is yet undecided, but obviously from the look of things, something should be expected.
While Inter Milan have been strongly linked with Lukaku, reports claim Juventus are now pushing for the Manchester United striker and are willing to offer Paulo Dybala.
A swap deal had been mooted which will involve Paulo Dybala, but according to the Daily Mail, the club instead prefer ‘Douglas Costa to be a part of the deal for the Belgian striker.
