Manchester United have made just two signings so far in this summer’s transfer window but the club are hoping to complete more signings before the close of the window with United linked with Leicester City defender Harry Maguire and Sporting Lisbon midfielder Bruno Fernandes.
Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer insists he is not frustrated by Manchester United’s failure to make any more signings with the Premier League transfer window open for just 15 more days.
Solskjaer had hoped all Manchester United’s summer signings will arrive before the start of preseason but he insists we’ve got to be patient because it is important that the club signs the right players.
“It will take time for any player to adjust to Man United,” Solskjaer said. “Apart from me, it took me six minutes in the first game (against Blackburn)!
“I’m very happy with the two you’ve mentioned, we’ve got to be patient, because it’s a long haul and it’s very important we get the right ones in, we can’t just jump on a different path if when you hit a hurdle.
“My feelings are I’ve not had a frustrated feeling at all.”
