Manchester United are monitoring Roma sensation Cengiz Under, who has been dubbed the next Paulo Dybala, according to The Mirror.
The Turkish forward is also attracting interest from Barcelona, Tottenham and Arsenal.
Turkish media outlet Aksam claim the Gunners have already had a £26million offer for the 21-year-old snubbed by Roma.
Tottenham are reportedly preparing to make a bid of £52 million for the Roma forward.
Roma paid an initial €13.4m to İstanbul Başakşehir for the 21-year-old and the Italian club will make a healthy profit on Under if they decide to cash in.
Under has 11 goals in 42 appearances for Roma.
