Jose Mourinho is under huge pressure to save his job after Manchester United’s poor start to the season. United have just ten points from our opening seven league games and this is our worst start to a season since 1989/90 season.
Mourinho has an ongoing feud with Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba with things hitting up between the pair after Mourinho confronted Pogba in training with Sky Sports cameras around.
A report on The Sun via The Mirror claims Pogba has issued an ultimatum to Manchester United executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward to either sell him or sack Mourinho.
Pogba reportedly told his teammates recently that he can no longer be bothered to fight back to Mourinho’s jibes and is better off out the team.
Pogba is reportedly wanted by Spanish club Barcelona and he is willing to push for a move to Spain in January if Mourinho isn’t sacked.
Pogba was substituted during the 3-1 defeat at West Ham on Saturday and it’s been claimed that the France international wasn’t impressed by Mourinho’s decision to sub him.
Multiple reports are claiming former Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane is being lined up by the club to replace Mourinho.
